Analog Design Manager

Responsibilities:

Mentors design and development teams
Assumes full responsibility of a product
Interfaces with marketing, operations and customers
Manages teams throughout several design cycles in parallel: specification, architecture, design, verification, tape-out, validation and productization
Manages relationship with digital, layout, PE and Test teams
Manages chip testing and characterization planning and report preparation
Responsible for the documentation through all product development phases

Qualifications:

BSc/MSc/PhD in Electronics Engineering
BSc + 10+ years of relevant RF/A/MS design experience or equivalent
ADPLL, Frac-N PLL, Data Converters and RF Building Blocks Design and Verification experience
PLL System Level design experience
Mixed-Signal Verification planning and management experience
RF, High Speed Digital and Spectral testing and characterization management experience
Several Full Chip tape-out experiences
Has led development of at least one product to production
Strong Team Leadership and Management
Excellent communication skills
All above experiences should be supported with solid design cases
